Applesauce-Pecan Bread

2 C self-rising flour

3/4 C sugar

1/2 t cinnamon

1/2 t nutmeg

1/2 C chopped pecans

1/2 C raisins

1 C applesauce

1 C egg beaters

1/4 C vegetable oil

Mix and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

Icing:

1 C Crisco

1-1/2 box confectioners sugar

1/3 C water

1 t vanilla

1/4 t salt

Mix and beat for 10 minutes.
