Beef Tacos
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T oil
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
12 taco shells
Chopped lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Grated Cheddar cheese
8 oz. can taco sauce
Sour Cream
Saute beef,
onion and garlic in oil over medium heat until brown. Add tomato sauce and
simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Warm taco shells in a 350
degree oven for 5 minutes. Place a heaping tablespoonful of meat mixture in each
shell and stuff with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Top with taco sauce and sour
cream. Serves 4.
