Bourbon Balls
3 T cocoa
1 1/2 C powdered sugar
1/2 C bourbon
3 T light corn syrup
3 C crushed vanilla wafers
1 1/2 C finely chopped pecans
Sift cocoa and
powdered sugar in a bowl; stir in bourbon which has been mixed with syrup; mix
well. Add wafer crumbs and pecans. Mix well and roll into 3/4 inch balls. Roll
in additional powdered sugar. Allow to dry before serving. Will freeze, if
desired. (makes 5 dozen)
