Cabbage with Sour Cream

 

1/2 medium head cabbage

1 8 oz. carton sour cream

2 T or more of bacon drippings

Cooked bacon

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Saute cabbage in bacon drippings until done. Place in casserole dish and cover with sour cream. Crumble bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees until hot, about 15-20 min. Makes 4 servings
