Cheese Balls

1 lb. sausage

10 oz. package cheddar cheese

3 1/2 C Bisquick

1/2 t hot sauce

Mix all ingredients together at room temp. Roll balls and bake at 400 degrees 12-15 minutes or at 350 if frozen.
