Corn Salad

 

2-12 oz. cans Green Giant Whole Kernel White Corn or Shoe Peg Corn

2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

1 purple onion, chopped

1 cucumber, chopped

1/2 C sour cream

4 T mayonnaise

2 T white vinegar

1/2 t celery seed

1/2 t dry mustard

1/2 t black pepper

1 t salt

 

Mix all vegetables. Combine other ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix well.
