Cranberry Mold

 

1 pkg. raspberry gelatin

1-1/2 C hot water

1/2 C jellied or whole cranberry sauce

1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese

2 C drained pineapple and coconut, combined

1 C chopped pecans

 

Mix gelatin and boiling water and cool. Mix cranberry sauce with softened cheese. Mix pineapple, coconut and nuts in cream cheese mixture. Add to cool gelatin. Chill until firm.
