Four Layer Chocolate "Cake"

 

Mix:

1 C flour

1-1/2 sticks butter

1-1/2 C chopped pecans

 

Press into 13x9" baking dish and bake 15 minutes at 350. Cool thoroughly.

 

Mix:

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature

1 C powdered sugar

1/2 large Cool Whip (16 oz.)

 

Spread over first layer.

 

Mix:

2 pkg. Chocolate instant pudding

3-1/2 C milk

1 t vanilla

 

Spread over 2nd layer. Spread the rest of Cool Whip over top.
