Fruit Pie
12 oz. fruit
1 T confectioners sugar
6 T sugar
lemon juice
1/2 C flour
1/4 t salt
2 eggs
1 C milk
1 T butter
Mix lemon juice
with 2 T sugar. Beat egg and mix with milk. Mix in flour. Melt butter in baking
dish and stir in fruit. Add sugar and heat until syrup is formed (about 2
minutes). Mix batter and pour over fruit. bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
