Fudge Frosting
2 C sugar
1/8 t salt
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, cut into small pieces
1 C evaporated milk
2 T butter or margarine
1 t vanilla extract
Combine sugar,
salt, chocolate and milk into saucepan. Cook until a few drops will form a soft
ball when dropped into cool water. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
Let cool to lukewarm, then beat to spreading consistency. Frost cool cake.
