German Chocolate Upside Cake - Louise Smith

1 box German Chocolate cake mix

1 C coconut

1 C chopped nuts

1 stick oleo

1 box confectioners sugar

8 oz. light cream cheese

Grease and flour 9x13" pan. Spread coconut and nuts on bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour over nut mixture. Mix sugar, oleo

and cream cheese. Drop by spoonfuls over cake mixture. Place pan on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
