Green Goddess Dressing

 

1 C mayonnaise

1/2 C sour cream

1/4 C chopped parsley

2 T finely chopped green onion

2 T tarragon vinegar

1 t crushed tarragon leaves

3 anchovy fillets, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

Milk

 

In small bowl combine all ingredients except milk. Mix well. Thin with milk to desired consistency. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve on tossed greens. (Makes 1 1/2 C)
