Green Goddess Dressing
1 C mayonnaise
1/2 C sour cream
1/4 C chopped parsley
2 T finely chopped green onion
2 T tarragon vinegar
1 t crushed tarragon leaves
3 anchovy fillets, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
Milk
In small bowl
combine all ingredients except milk. Mix well. Thin with milk to desired
consistency. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve on tossed greens.
