Hamburger Pie (2 pies)
2 unbaked 8-inch pie shells
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 C milk
2 eggs
1 T cornstarch
1-1/2 C shredded cheese
1/3 C sliced green onions
Brown meat and
drain. Blend mayonnaise, milk and beaten eggs. Mix cornstarch in a little water
and add to mixture. Stir into meat. Add cheese and onions. Pour into pastry and
bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie
comes out clean.
