Lasagna
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 C onion
Garlic to taste
1 can tomatoes
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 t salt
2 T sugar
8 oz. small curd cottage cheese
Ricotta cheese
Cook noodles;
set aside. Brown ground chuck, onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, salt, sugar and
tomato sauce. Cook 30 minutes. Layer noodles with Ricotta cheese, sauce and 8
oz. small curd cottage cheese. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
