Mud Pie

1 stick butter

1 C flour

1 C chopped nuts

Mix, place in buttered 9x12 pan. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Cool. Mix: 1 8-oz. cream cheese softened and 1 C powdered sugar . Place on cold crust.

1 3-oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding

1 3-oz. pkg, instant vanilla pudding

3 C milk

Mix together with mixer for 2 minutes at room temperature. Place on top of cream cheese. Cool until cold. Cover with cool whip,
