Peanut Butter Fudge
1/2 C butter or margarine
1 lb. Colonial light golden brown sugar
1/2 C milk
3/4 C smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1 t vanilla extract
1 lb. Colonial confectioners sugar
In medium
saucepan, melt butter; stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil; boil and
stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Mix in
confectioners sugar; beat until smooth. Spread into buttered 9 inch square
baking pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
