12 oz. box Crispix

1 C creamy peanut butter

12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips

1 stick of oleo

2-1/2 C confectioners sugar

Melt oleo, chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat. Pour over Crispix and stir carefully. Put confectioners sugar in large brown bag. Place Crispix mixture in bag and shake.
